This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. As a customer advocate, this individual is responsible for reporting on, identifying, triaging, and facilitating the resolution of bugs in collaboration with engineering teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving user experience, diligent in reporting issues, and effective in communicating updates to both technical and leadership teams. This role is suited for someone eager to learn, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll do
* Own delivery of major commercial programmes including annual price rises and cost reduction initiatives
* Own defined areas of the Fixed P and L, including performance, forecasting and improvement plans
* Manage and optimise Opex, identifying risks and driving action to improve outcomes
* Drive cost of sales improvements across areas such as engineer activity, credits and stock
* Shape and support Capex investment decisions and business cases to ensure strong returns
* Work closely with supply chain and operations to improve demand planning and stock management
* Own commercial reporting across sales, adds, churn, pipeline and base performance, as well as identifying and delivering opportunities to improve revenue and margin through pricing, policy and operational changes
Lead cross functional engagement across finance, proposition, operations and supply chain to drive outcomes and present clear insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to influence decisions
Who you are
* Strong experience in commercial, finance or strategy roles within telecoms, technology or similar sectors
* Experience working directly with a P and L or large cost base
* Strong analytical capability with ability to translate data into clear commercial action
* Experience using SQL, Excel or similar tools, or a strong ability to learn quickly
* Strong forecasting and business casing skills
* Confident working across multiple stakeholders in complex environments
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
