Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; master’s degree or professional certifications preferred.
- →10+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- →Proven experience in high-growth and/or M&A environments.
- →Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- →Expertise in compensation modeling, benchmarking tools, and HRIS platforms.
- →Demonstrated strategic thinking and change management capabilities.
