Responsibilities

→Pick/Pack customer orders with a high degree of accuracy
→Safely load steel products onto trucks using overhead cranes
→Ensure loads are secure, correctly sequenced, and match dispatch paperwork
→Work closely with the dispatch and warehouse teams to meet daily loading targets
→Maintain a clean and organised work area
→Follow all WHS procedures, including exclusion zones and load restraint requirements

Requirements

Night Shift 4:00pm – 12:06am (30%loading)
Overhead crane experience is a must
Proven experience working in the steel distribution or similar heavy industry environment
Working knowledge of Steel sections, Structural, Plate, Merchant and Tubular.
Experience organizing and loading loading trucks that consist of a variety of steel products (plate, tubular, structural, etc.)
A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
