As a brand ambassador for ZO Skin Health, you will be responsible for communicating the ZO® philosophy and continue to strengthen brand awareness through product knowledge, protocol training and development in the field.
As a brand ambassador for ZO Skin Health, you will be responsible for communicating the ZO® philosophy and continue to strengthen brand awareness through product knowledge, protocol training and development in the field. Your responsibilities include building relationships with current as well as potential accounts and ensuring support of Account Executives within the region to attain sales targets.
Partner with training manager and sales team to achieve relevant goals, strategies, and initiatives:
Work with Sales Reps to build a plan each month for support of the new and existing accounts in the territory to support sell-in and sell-through
Provides training to existing and new accounts, to ensure clients’ correct and in-depth understanding of both brand and products.
Support patient/consumer events
Ensure consistencies in brand messaging
Present to both small and large audiences live and virtually (office training to large-scale seminar)
On-board new hires within the internal team.
Communicate and provide relevant feedback and reporting to sales and training
Attend key medical conferences/trade shows as needed
Other duties as assigned by training manager
