We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to join a fast-growing AutoTech and vehicle lifecycle management organization. The role offers an opportunity to work in a technology-driven environment focused on improving automotive services through digital platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, operational, and business teams.

• →Support the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned business or technology initiatives.
• →Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• →Contribute to technology-driven improvements across automotive and vehicle lifecycle management processes.
• →Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and operational activities.
• →Identify process gaps and recommend opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved service delivery.
• →Assist in troubleshooting operational or technology-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• →Monitor assigned activities, timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
• →Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and process records.
• →Collaborate with technology and operations teams to improve customer experience and service efficiency.
• →Support the adoption of digital platforms, automation tools, and data-driven processes.
• →Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing operational effectiveness.
• →Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and service requirements.
• →Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively follow up on pending tasks and dependencies.

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in technology, automotive, operations, service management, or a related domain.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach to handling challenges.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Good understanding of technology-enabled business processes and digital solutions.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and business processes.
• Experience in the automotive, mobility, insurance, roadside assistance, AutoTech, or vehicle services domain will be an advantage.
