As an Electrical Compliance Engineer, you will assist our wider engineering teams to deliver safe, compliant, and reliable electrical systems across the site. You’ll ensure all activities align with statutory regulations and internal engineering standards, helping to protect our people, safeguard our assets, and maintain uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Working jointly with engineering, production, and project teams, you will own and deliver electrical compliance programmes. In doing so, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining legal compliance while assisting a safe, diverse, and high‑performing working environment.

  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues, recommending improvements to products, processes, and ways of working
  • Plan and deliver corrective actions in line with company procedures and timelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to monitor compliance status and progress
  • Carry out internal audits to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Guide Duty Holders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to enhance policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
