Welch’s is looking for a Director, Corporate Engineering to lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of our Corporate Engineering function. This role is responsible for developing and delivering engineering strategies that support Welch’s short- and long-term business objectives, including capital planning, project execution, asset care, operational excellence, innovation, cost savings, capacity expansion, safety, and regulatory compliance. 

The Director, Corporate Engineering will partner closely with plant teams, Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, Marketing, Finance, IT, and senior leadership to ensure major capital projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with Welch’s Strategic Growth Plan.

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $210,000 - $220,000 annually for US-based employees. This range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Welch’s good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus plan.
