As a Business Manager for our Indigenous Business portfolio across WA, you will play a critical role in achieving Westpac’s strategy of financial inclusion and wellbeing for Indigenous customers and their businesses.

Strong Banking experience (Business Banking preferred but not essential) coupled with an understanding of credit policy
Experience in a customer-facing / phone-based sales role
Ability to travel to customers (own vehicle required and KMs reimbursed)
Cultural awareness and a genuine appreciation for diversity and inclusion
High-performer energy and a unique ability to gauge and nurture strong relationships
Proven experience of achieving performance KPIs with an uncompromising commitment to delivering an exceptional customer service
