  • You are able to wow our customers through a variety of channels such as phone, email, chat and social media

  • You showcase extraordinary communicational skills such as listening, empathy and can personalize every customer conversation

  • Your superpower is guiding customers with their questions and ensuring they are offered the right solution leaving a big smile on their face

  • You act as a superhero identifying and addressing customer needs to escalate internally to improve and/or develop processes

  • You thrive for sky-high performances focusing on the most important KPIs: Customer Satisfaction, quality and productivity

  • You power customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experience

  • You can speak native German and a sufficient English level to engage within our international team environment

  • You are available 32 hours / 4 days per week

  • You have a background and/or affinity with animals, in particular dogs, and/or food supplements

  • You are a communicative professional with the ability to listen and show empathy

  • You thrive for teamwork and fun and are part of our community

  • You are flexible and able to work in a fast paced working environment

  • You have technical skills and are familiar with Google Suite, MS office and CRM tooling
