Continuous Improvement Process Specialist

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Continuous Improvement (CI) team at WFS in London Heathrow. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping operational efficiency and driving sustainable improvements in our cargo handling operations. 

As a CI Process Specialist, you will be responsible for analysing air cargo operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency. Key tasks will include leading and coordinating continuous improvement projects and mentoring team members. The role will involve collaboration with various departments to achieve process optimisation, and requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive change effectively across the operations.  

This role is fully dedicated to CI - it is not a hybrid operational role.
