Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Coordinates with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation. ## This role in summary Accountable to develop and deliver word class equipment, tooling and technology to the RAMOS factory using WCM methodology ## Your responsibilities will include Responsibilities: \- Installation of equipment, tooling and technology \- Trial Production of equipment and tooling \- Star-up of equipment and tooling \- Equipment Readiness [MPPAP, EEM 7 Steps, Equipment Open Issues] \- AY & PV Build Issues \- Expense / Capital Managment \- Total Variable Cost Managment Obligations: \- Layout \- Ship Tool / Equipment \- Site Prep Inspection \- Installation Schedule / Audit Checks \- Managment Installation Problem Solving with in Cross-Functional Areas \- Set-up & Debug Tool / Equipment \- T3 - Tool / Equipment Runoffs \- Process Capability Check (CPK) \- Reaction Plan submition \- Cycle Time Check \- Process Parameter Check \- Safety Review \- Lessons Learned ## Minimum requirements EDUCATION: Manufacturing Engineering Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering SKILLS: 2+ years of experience in the development and delivery of Controls & Automation equipment. 2+ years of experience in commissioning, installation, and handoff contracts for process technologies. EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
