Activities include the efficient operation and cost-effectiveness of operating systems and programs. ## This role in summary As a Senior Financial Analyst supporting the GSS organization, you will act as a vital strategic and financial co-pilot. Your mission is two-fold: driving Free Cash Flow (FCF) optimization globally through tactical Accounts Payable (AP) management, and owning the financial governance for the Indirect Procurement space across the NAR, LARN, KASA, and Canada regions. This is a high-visibility role requiring continuous, direct exposure to regional Executive Leadership. You will routinely present cash strategies, budget performance, and productivity metrics to the CFOs of NAR, LARN, KASA, and Canada, requiring a professional with sharp business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to translate complex procurement data into boardroom-ready financial insights. ## Your responsibilities will include #### 1\. Executive Stakeholder Engagement & High-Exposure Reporting * CFO & Leadership Advisorship: Prepare, articulate, and present quarterly working capital reviews, budget statuses, and risk-mitigation roadmaps directly to the Regional CFOs. * Strategic Influence: Synthesize complex regional data into high-level, actionable executive summaries to drive strategic decision-making at the C-suite level. #### 2\. Free Cash Flow (FCF) & Accounts Payable Strategy * Working Capital Optimization: Act as the finance lead for global FCF initiatives driven by Accounts Payable levers, directly impacting regional balance sheets. * Payment Terms Management: Analyze, identify, and partner with Procurement Buyers to aggressively pursue the extension of supplier payment terms and standardizations. * Payment Frequency Architecture: Review and optimize supplier payment frequencies (e.g., transitioning to optimized bi-weekly or monthly runs) to preserve cash liquidity. * Cash Opportunity Mapping: Utilize data analytics to identify hidden cash opportunities, early-payment discount efficiencies, and supply chain financing structures. #### 3\. Indirect Procurement Finance Ownership (NAR, LARN, KASA, Canada) * Budget & Spend Control: Own the financial guardrails for Indirect Procurement across all designated regions. Monitor, analyze, and report on actual spend vs. budget/forecast. * Productivity & Savings Tracking: Validate, track, and audit procurement productivity projects (hard and soft savings) to ensure they directly impact the bottom line and align with regional CFO targets. * Business Partnering: Serve as the primary finance contact for the Indirect Procurement leadership team, addressing general financial requests, ad-hoc analyses, and business case evaluations. * Forecast & Close: Lead the month-end close, accrual reviews, and rolling forecast cycles specifically for indirect corporate spend categories ## Minimum requirements ### Profile & Qualifications #### Education & Experience * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. An MBA or professional certification (CFA/CMA) is highly preferred due to executive exposure. * Experience: 2+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Supply Chain/Procurement Finance. * Experience directly tied to working capital, Accounts Payable analysis, or treasury operations is highly advantageous. ## Preferred skills and experiences #### Technical & Soft Skills * Executive Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and visual storytelling communication skills; absolute comfort delivering presentations to executive leadership. * Financial Modeling & Tools: Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). * Language Skills: Professional fluency in English is required. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly advantageous given the LARN and KASA regional scope. * Influence & Diplomacy: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence both operational buyers and regional finance directors to prioritize cash initiatives. * Strategic Thinking: Looks beyond the numbers to understand the operational and regional nuances of NAR, LARN, KASA, and Canada markets. * Resilience & Agility: Thrives in a high-exposure, fast-paced environment with competing regional priorities.
