• →Current Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification through AWS required.
• →Experience supervising or working closely with ASNT Level II Ultrasonic Testing (UT) personnel.
• →Strong knowledge of welding inspection practices, quality systems, and manufacturing processes.
• →Working knowledge of applicable welding codes and industry standards.
• →Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and quality improvement methodologies.
• →Experience leading, training, and developing employees in a manufacturing environment.
• →Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• →Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document and explain technical information.
• →Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a production environment.
• →Ability to work effectively with Manufacturing, Engineering, and other departments.
• →Willingness and ability to obtain Canadian Welding Supervisor Certification, if required.
• →Proficiency with quality documentation, inspection records, and reporting systems.
