We operate scaling businesses in the UK, US, Australia and Canada. Our amazing team is based in Australia, the UK, the Philippines, China, and the US. Our 250+ people aim to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. Over the next 5-10 years, we’re hoping to increase our annual donation tenfold to get us closer to our dream of everyone in the world having access to clean water and sanitation services.

About the Role

~1 min read

As our Creator Partnerships Manager (US Hub), you’ll champion our brand by growing and optimizing performance-driven partnerships that connect us with new audiences across the US market. Sitting within our dedicated US Team, your primary mission is to help build Who Gives a Crap into a household brand in the US.

Your focus will be on building and managing affiliate and creator programs that drive efficient growth and strong results. Over time, as business needs and bandwidth evolve, you’ll also help reignite and scale our influencer or ambassador programs, ensuring every partnership supports both performance and brand connection in a sustainable way.

  • Scaling Partnerships: Strategizing and executing plans to increase macro partnerships by 50% per month in the US market.

  • Driving Revenue: Accelerating steady month-over-month growth in affiliate-driven revenue and partner engagement within the US market.

  • Agency Management: Owning the day-to-day relationship with our affiliate agency, ensuring strong collaboration, clear priorities, and consistent delivery against performance KPIs.

  • Paid Campaign Support: Providing hands-on support for creator partnerships in paid campaigns, testing new formats and collaborations to optimize overall ad performance.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with the US Growth Lead and US Performance Creative teams to ensure total alignment on partnership strategy and campaign execution.

  • Project Management: Planning, organizing, and overseeing partnership campaigns within scope and budget while managing timelines and deliverables effectively.

You bring a deep knowledge of the US market’s performance landscape, allowing you to easily identify and recommend high-impact affiliate and content creator opportunities. You know how to nurture strong, authentic relationships with affiliates, influencers, creators, and internal stakeholders through open, empathetic communication. Highly organized and detail-oriented, you excel at managing multiple relationships and complex campaign timelines smoothly.

You don't just execute; you objectively evaluate partnership and campaign performance to make well-informed, strategic decisions. You proactively take initiative to identify growth opportunities, optimize for efficiency, and find creative solutions to performance challenges. Using data as your guide, you are excited to track trends, analyze competitor activity, and eventually contribute to the strategic relaunch and sustainable growth of our influencer and ambassador programs.

You thrive on building bridges across different departments and teams. You will work closely with our US Performance Creative, US Growth Marketing & E-Commerce  teams to ensure total alignment on partnership strategy, execution, and campaign messaging. As a natural knowledge-sharer, you are excited to bring your subject matter expertise to the wider US Hub, supporting your peers and helping the business succeed as a collective. Your communication style is inherently open and empathetic, allowing you to easily maintain transparency and alignment with stakeholders across the entire organization.

Do you want your work to make the world a better place? Do you want to work with other people who feel the same way? What a coincidence — us too!

First off, as a certified B Corp™, we work to make a difference every day while maintaining the highest standards of social and environmental impact. With our most recent score of 125.5 we’re in very good company with other exceptional B Corps around the world.

We also believe that helping to make the world a better place should be rewarded accordingly – that’s why we offer competitive, market informed salaries, meaningful support towards healthcare for our team around the world, generous paid leave, tailored learning and development opportunities, and free toilet paper (yes, you read that right).

Our engagement surveys (thanks Culture Amp!) tell us that our team is really proud (95%) to work for Who Gives A Crap and, well, we couldn’t be more proud of that.

If you’re still reading, we think there’s a strong chance you might be our kind of person. Here’s the thing, though — research suggests that 60% of women and underrepresented folks might have already talked themselves out of applying. Even if you don’t check every box above, we want to encourage you to introduce yourself. We believe a diversity of perspectives and experiences makes a team stronger — and the stronger our team, the closer we are to delivering toilets and clean water for all.

Applications close End of Day Friday 18th June.
