About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration, solution design, and platform optimization. This role will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable marketing solutions, managing integrations, and supporting data-driven marketing initiatives. Experience with Data Cloud implementation and support is highly desirable.
What You Will Do
- Design, configure, and maintain solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including integrations with other systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Configure and optimize customer journeys, automations, and segmentation strategies.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Support implementation and ongoing development of Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Stay up to date with platform releases, new features, and best practices.
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years of proven experience in Salesforce configuration.
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, data management, segmentation, automation tools, tracking, analytics;
- Experience with Data Cloud (implementation or support);
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing competing priorities.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Bonus Points If You Are
- Holding Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer or Consultant Certification;
- Holding Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification;
- Holding Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201, ADM-211).
- Having strong analytical and problem solving skills.
