Window Nation is growing fast, and we’re looking for outgoing, motivated people to join our Canvassing team in the Columbus, Ohio area.

At Window Nation, we help homeowners improve the comfort, appearance, and energy efficiency of their homes with high-quality windows and doors. With nearly 20 years of experience and a reputation built on craftsmanship, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we’ve become one of the nation’s leading home remodeling companies.

If you enjoy talking with people, working outdoors, and being part of an energetic team, this could be a great fit for you. No previous sales experience? No problem. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and opportunities for career growth.

We’re actively interviewing for Canvassers to support lead generation and neighborhood outreach throughout the Columbus metro area and nearby communities including Worthington, Reynoldsburg, Hilliard, and Lewis Center.

Engage homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach

Share information about Window Nation’s replacement window and door products

Follow simple presentations and talking points provided during training

Represent Window Nation at local events, community festivals, and retail activations

Generate qualified leads and appointment opportunities for the sales team

Deliver excellent customer service and answer homeowner questions professionally

Work outdoors while walking and standing for portions of your shift

High school diploma or GED

At least 1 year of work experience

Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods, with or without accommodation

Experience in canvassing, customer service, retail, door-to-door outreach, event marketing, field marketing, lead generation, or sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable starting conversations with new people

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Schedules may vary periodically based on business needs, seasonal demand, and weather conditions.

$16.75 per hour + weekly and monthly performance bonuses
