Responsibilities

→Coordinate event inventory, ordering, shipments, and logistics
→Maintain event calendars, timelines, and planning documents across multiple markets
→Support vendor communications, contracts, and event-related documentation
→Assist with meeting preparation, training materials, note-taking, and action-item tracking
→Monitor event budgets and expenses to support operational efficiency
→Analyze post-event results and identify opportunities for improvement
→Ensure timely communication of event details to internal stakeholders
→Provide administrative and operational support to the Event Marketing team

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach
