AI Enablement Analyst

WisdomTree is seeking an early-career AI Enablement Analyst to help scale practical AI adoption across the firm. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or candidate with 1+ years of experience who is highly fluent in modern AI tools and excited to help teams apply them in real business workflows.

This person will support a mix of AI initiatives, including user training, prompt development, custom GPT and app creation, workflow support, automation, and experimentation with agent-based tools and platforms. The role will work across functions to identify use cases, help prototype solutions, document best practices, and support adoption of tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI / Microsoft Foundry-based solutions.

This role is well suited for someone who is curious, adaptable, technically comfortable, and able to translate between business needs and emerging AI capabilities. The individual will support WisdomTree’s growing AI program and work closely with the firm’s AI Tech & Operations leadership and the AI Solutions Analyst to help execute AI initiatives across training, workflow design, solution development, and user adoption.

While the position has a primary emphasis on enablement, training, adoption, and business engagement, the individual will be cross-trained across solution-building activities and expected to contribute broadly across the team’s AI initiatives.
