→Manage daily operations of the parts department to ensure efficiency and profitability
→Maintain proper inventory levels, obsolescence control, and stock order accuracy
→Work closely with the service department to ensure fast turnaround and parts availability
→Grow and manage wholesale parts business
→Monitor and improve gross profit, parts-to-labor ratio, and departmental KPIs
→Ensure all manufacturer (Stellantis) standards and guidelines are met
→Train, develop, and hold parts staff accountable
→Maintain clean, organized, and professional department operations
→Handle vendor relationships and negotiate pricing when applicable

Previous Parts Manager experience required (CDJR / Stellantis preferred)
Strong understanding of Mopar parts systems and manufacturer processes
Proven track record of managing inventory and driving profitability
Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
Ability to lead a team and enforce structure and accountability
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license
