We work closely with Marketing leadership, regional teams, and DoorDash counterparts to make sure every euro of marketing spend is tracked, forecasted, and evaluated.

Responsibilities
~1 min readWe're looking for an Associate to own the technical backbone of our team. You'll be responsible for our data pipeline that powers our Weekly Business Review and our Forecasting Tools. Beyond keeping the engine running, your first major mission is to fix the data foundation: reconciling sources and standardizing metric definitions so that all our numbers tie across every document and system.
- Build and maintain the data pipeline behind the Weekly Business Reviews and our forecasting tools (Snowflake pulls, OKR updates, data QA)
- Validate data accuracy across sources and proactively flag anomalies and patterns before stakeholders ask
- Fix data inconsistencies between different reports and create a single source of truth
- Propose and lead initiatives to simplify our data architecture (e.g., reducing manual steps, consolidating to Snowflake-native workflows)
- Work with AI tools (Cursor, Glean) from day one to automate and improve how the team operates
- Early career with high ambition: 0–3 years from graduating university, with a Wolt-level drive and a great attitude.
- Analytical and data-driven: You excel at turning data into insights and decisions. You have hands-on experience with SQL, and ideally also with Python or similar tools for building automated data workflows - not just consuming data, but creating the pipeline behind it.
- Business-savvy: You are curious about how a marketplace business works on a deeper level and already have a solid understanding of business fundamentals. You can connect the numbers to the bigger picture.
- Proactive self-starter: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you take ownership of your topics with proper guidance. You spot patterns and anomalies before anyone asks and can tell us about a time when your initiative had a meaningful impact — whether in a previous role, internship, or academic project.
- Clear communicator and storyteller: You can turn data into a compelling narrative. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, as it is the working language at Wolt. No local language skills needed.
