Content Associate

Include among other things:

• →Create retail product selection and enhance its content on the Wolt Market online platform.
• →Ensure that the app content is accurate and up to date, as far as it concerns the product descriptions, search words, images and other parameters.
• →Assigning the products to its right placement in the app so that customers are able to find them.
• →Contacting vendors (distributors/direct vendors/brandbank) to confirm product details in order to keep the app content and ordering data up to date.
• →Processing direct suggestions from customers, stores and producers to update the content information.
• →Creating content aligned with marketing and Category to ensure the best possible outcome of scheduled supplier paid content.
• →Excellent skills in Google Suite or MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
• →Experience in dealing with processes and transforming large amounts of data into customer relevant information to improve user experience
• →High attention to detail including precise and effective prioritisation to be able to manage multiple, competing topics
• →Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong hands-on mentality to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and goals are achieved.
• →Fluency in both English & Norwegian.

You recently graduated with a university degree in business, marketing, management or another related field. Preferably 1-2 years of work experience in retail, consulting, key account management or marketing, but graduates are also welcome to apply. The most important thing is that you have a strong interest in grocery shopping and a burning desire to help create results.

Strong communication skills, both internally and to external partners. You need to be analytical, an independent team player - and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a lot of energy. Ability to think both strategically and operationally, have an eye for detail and are persevering to do what it takes to complete tasks.
