Wolt is a Finnish technology company known for its local commerce platform. From food delivery to grocery stores and cosmetics, we make cities better places to live by connecting people with the things they need. Our Global Creative Production team is currently undergoing a massive transformation, shifting from a reactive service center to an "upstream AI-Enabled growth engine." We are moving away from simply "making ads" and toward building scalable production frameworks that empower our brand to grow 10x faster.

We are looking for a Creative Production Lead to join us at this pivotal moment. This isn't a traditional production role; you will be a key architect in our new operating model, overseeing the production of our most strategic offerings, while leading and mentoring a team of producers. As the Creative Production Lead, you will bridge the gap between ambitious brand strategy and high-performance execution. You will own the end-to-end production roadmap for key 360 initiatives, ensuring our creative assets are not only on-brand but also built for massive scale across global markets. You will be responsible for moving the team toward a "modular thinking" approach where a single concept can generate hundreds of high-performing variations.

• Lead & Mentor: Manage a team of Creative Producers, establishing workflows and standards that allow them to operate as agile generalists.
• Architect Workflows: Build and operate AI-powered production frameworks that reduce manual labor and hit our target of 70% automation in localization workflows.
• Own Brand Campaigns Production: Act as the dedicated production lead for key brand campaigns, translating briefs into structured production and timeline plans.
• Manage Stakeholders: Partner closely with Marketing, Growth, and Brand leads to prioritize resources and ensure production aligns with commercial goals.
• Drive Efficiency: Monitor key performance metrics, including cost per asset and time-to-market, ensuring we stay on target.

• Extensive Experience: 10–15+ years in creative production or integrated campaign management, ideally within a high-growth tech environment or a progressive digital agency.
• Leadership Track Record: Proven experience leading and developing a team of producers or creative specialists.
• Operational Mastery: You are a "process person" who loves building systems and frameworks that make production predictable and scalable.
• Tech-Forward Mindset: You have a strong interest (and ideally experience) in AI-powered creative tools and generative workflows.
• Stakeholder Diplomacy: Ability to manage complex projects with multiple high-level stakeholders while maintaining high creative standards.
• Ambition & Feasibility: A sharp creative eye that knows how to balance brand ambition with what is operationally possible.
