Marketing Intern – Finland (Part-Time, Fall Semester)

Marketing plays a key role in how we connect with customers, support local merchants, and bring our brand to life across channels. From local campaigns and social media initiatives to content creation and influencer collaborations, we are constantly looking for new ways to engage audiences and create meaningful customer experiences.

As part of Wolt's Fall Semester Internship Program, we're looking for an ambitious final-year university student to join our Marketing team and gain hands-on experience working on real marketing initiatives with visible business impact.

This is not a traditional internship focused on observation and administrative support.

As a Marketing Intern, you will support the execution of commercial and content marketing initiatives at the local level. Working closely with Marketing Specialists and Managers, you'll help bring campaigns to life by coordinating and executing tasks, preparing content, and assisting with operational and creative execution across multiple channels.

This role is ideal for a student interested in pursuing a career in marketing, communications, social media, or consumer technology.

• Assist in creating, localizing, and publishing marketing content across multiple channels, including in-app banners
• Use internal tools to help set up campaigns, schedule content and upload marketing assets
• Support the localization of global and regional marketing materials for the Finnish market
• Track campaign setup tasks and checklists to ensure assets are ready and campaigns are delivered on time

• Collaborate with designers and content creators by preparing briefs, managing asset versions, and coordinating feedback
• Help organize marketing assets and ensure content is accurate and ready for launch
• Collect and organize user-generated content (UGC) for use across social media and campaign channels

• Help schedule and publish content on local social media channels under the guidance of the Marketing Specialist or Manager
• Assist with influencer outreach and campaign coordination
• Organize product deliveries, collect campaign content and coordinate timelines for influencer collaborations

• Assist in uploading and maintaining materials related to local merchant campaigns
• Coordinate timelines between the marketing team and other internal stakeholders to support the smooth rollout of initiatives

• Currently in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Strong interest in marketing, communications, social media, or consumer technology
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take ownership

• Previous internship, student organization, or project experience in marketing, communications, business, or startups
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation
• Familiarity with project coordination and stakeholder management
• Interest in technology, e-commerce, marketplaces, or consumer brands

By the end of the internship, you will have:

• Contributed to the successful delivery of multiple local marketing campaigns
• Supported content creation and campaign execution across various marketing channels
• Developed practical experience in campaign operations, social media and influencer marketing
• Built strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
• Gained hands-on experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment

This internship is designed to give talented students meaningful responsibility while helping Wolt identify future marketing talent.

You'll gain practical experience across campaign execution and measurement, social media, influencer and content marketing, as well as marketing operations, while working on projects that directly impact how Wolt grows in Finland.

High-performing interns may be considered for future full-time opportunities following graduation.
