About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for a resourceful and ambitious AI Operations & Research Intern based in Florianópolis to join us on this mission. You’ll play an integral role in the team, helping turn ideas and strategies into real, creatively executed initiatives within a fast-moving AI startup environment. 👍
- Support research and analysis across real estate data, investment opportunities, and emerging tech applications.
- Assist in building small tools or quick prototypes (e.g., using Python or no-code/AI tools) to improve workflows.
- Collect, clean, and organize local and online data to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders and help drive operational execution on the ground.
- Contribute to testing ideas and helping move projects from concept to execution.
- Work directly with the founder on day-to-day initiatives and strategic exploration.
- Collaborate across different project areas including real estate, agriculture, and tech.
- Support coordination with external partners when needed.
- Working across diverse and sometimes ambiguous projects with evolving priorities.
- Balancing research, execution, and coordination tasks simultaneously.
- Figuring things out independently with limited structure or predefined processes.
- Adapting quickly and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality.
- Student or recent graduate (Computer Science, Systems, Economics, Business, or related fields).
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Basic coding skills (Python, data handling, or rapid prototyping).
- Based in Florianópolis.
Nice to Have

- Experience with social media or content distribution.
- Part-time (~20 hours/week) with flexible working hours (not a standard 9–5).
