Site Engineer (Residential Projects) – Athens

Work4u International is seeking an experienced Site Engineer, on behalf of a well-established and multi-awarded construction company specializing in high-end private developments, to join its team in Athens. The company focuses primarily on luxury residential projects, including villas and high-end residences, as well as selected hospitality developments within the Attica region.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and will have a full-time presence on site, ensuring the smooth execution of construction activities and effective coordination of all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan and schedule construction activities
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers on site
• Monitor construction progress and ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards
• Maintain strong communication with clients, providing updates on project progress
• Support cost monitoring and project resource management

Requirements

• BSc in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of overall professional experience in the construction industry
• 2–3 years of experience in residential construction projects, ideally in the construction of villas or high-end residences
• Experience in managing subcontractors and on-site teams
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and market trends
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and good command of MS Office
• Fluent in English and Greek, with the ability to communicate with international clients
• Driving license
