Quinnipiac University’s Office of Development and Alumni Affairs seeks a detail-oriented professional to support advancement operations by executing daily reporting requests and overseeing routine data maintenance within the donor database. Working in conjunction with the Director of Reporting, Data Integrity and Analytics and the Associate Vice President of Advancement Services, this position ensures the accuracy and integrity of constituent demographic, biographical, and event data. This position coordinates the collection, import, and export of constituent demographic and biological data to support fundraising, alumni engagement, strategic initiatives, and operational reporting across the division. In addition, the role oversees data associated with the document imaging system for donor records, ensuring information is organized, accessible, and maintained in accordance with institutional standards and best practices. |
