Job Title:	CPA Youth Coach
Department:	Office of Community Engagement
Student Employment Type:	Federal Work-Study
Responsibilities:	At the direction and with the guidance of CPA Staff, Youth Coaches will: Co-facilitate daily groups focused on cognitive-behavioral treatment, life skills, restorative practices, and career readiness. Conduct pre-employment workshops and/or counseling sessions. Model professionalism, reliability, and positive communication
Qualifications:	Interest in education, youth development and/or corrections Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Strong oral and written communication skills Cultural competency
Hours of Position:	REGIONS is a 24/7 facility, and working days and hours are negotiable. Applicants must be 18 yrs. old and will be required to complete site trainings for which hourly compensation will be paid.
