Responsibilities

→Process and generate invoices in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
→Perform day-to-day billing transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording billing data.
→Reconcile billing records to ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices and payments.
→Ensure timely issuance of invoices and timely reporting of same.
→Generate reports detailing billing status and Unbilled reports.
→Handle billing-related queries from clients and internal teams.
→Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and adjustments.
→Ensure compliance with tax regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
→Uploading of invoices in client portal and coordinating with clients /onshore team.
→Strong understanding of billing operations and compliance requirements.
→Ability to handle and manage conference calls with clients regarding billing issues.
→Generating and distributing monthly reports as per requirements.
→Assist with internal and external audits related to billing records.
→Maintain a high level of accuracy and meet deadlines for invoice processing.
→Ensure the billing process runs smoothly in line with the company’s policies.

Proven working experience as Billing Analyst
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficiency in English and Proficient in MS- Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)
Strong analytical, organizational, conflict solving and negotiation skills.
Extraordinary interpersonal skills to work in conjunction with other departments, Client and internal and external stakeholders.
Must be a team player who also works well independently.
Must be able to read, analyze, interpret and comprehend common scientific and technical journals & financial reports.
Must be able to communicate effectively in both an oral and written manner to common inquiries or issues from suppliers / agencies / Internal stakeholders.
Graduation/master’s in commerce
Ability to resolve the issue with a positive approach.
