  • Technology & Tools: Implement and leverage state-of-the-art tools to support global project delivery, portfolio management, and space management.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the global portfolio, developing robust contingency plans.
  • Global Asset Register: Ensure the implementation and continuous update of the Global Asset Register, keeping floor plans updated via our space management tool.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the consolidated budget for the global REWS project portfolio, ensuring financial discipline and cost-effectiveness.
  • Experience leading and managing large-scale, complex PMOs, ideally within a global corporate environment.
  • Deep expertise in Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS), including new builds, major refurbishments, fit-outs, and decommissioning.
  • A proven track record of successfully designing, implementing, and maturing global PMO frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar project portfolios and complex budgets.
  • Strong understanding of resource and capacity planning within a distributed, matrixed organizational structure.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently influence C-suite executives and external partners.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
