We are seeking a passionate and strategic AI Enablement Manager to act as the crucial link between this powerful technology and our client teams, driving a new era of efficiency, innovation, and client success.

This isn't just a technology role; it's a change leadership role. You will be the champion for AI adoption, empowering our teams to leverage OMA to its fullest potential, streamline their workflows, and deliver smarter, more impactful work for the world's biggest brands.

The AI Enablement Manager will be a key member of the Operations team, responsible for driving the adoption and effective use of WPP Open’s AI-powered tools across the network, with a particular focus on optimizing operational processes for PlayStation.

This role combines AI solution enablement, operational consulting, and change management to ensure that AI capabilities are embedded into day-to-day workflows, delivering measurable efficiency gains and improved service levels.

The AI Enablement Manager will act as a bridge between technology, operations, and client stakeholders, identifying opportunities to replace or augment manual processes with AI agents, streamline workflows, and cut SLAs without compromising quality.

  • Partner with clients and cross-discipline leads to identify inefficiencies, growth opportunities, and high-impact AI use cases.
  • Lead the AI Agent development pipeline on the OMA platform, from needs assessment to deployment, ensuring measurable business impact.
  • Scout and evaluate emerging AI technologies, scaling proven solutions across the WPP network.
  • Drive implementation of OMA tools and custom AI Agents into client workflows, providing training, onboarding, and AI literacy programs.
  • Maintain clear communication on AI initiatives, successes, and learnings, while creating feedback loops to refine tools based on real-world needs.
  • Ensure AI initiatives comply with legal, ethical, and client-specific requirements, proactively managing risks around privacy, security, and brand safety.
  • Maintain a central repository of AI best practices, use cases, and success stories.
  • Build and lead an internal AI community to foster collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the central point of contact and visible champion for AI adoption across teams.

  • Proven experience working within a media agency, marketing, or advertising technology environment.
  • A deep understanding of media planning and activation workflows and the common challenges faced by client-facing teams.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to identify business challenges and map them to technological solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with individuals at all levels.
  • A passionate advocate for change with experience in change management, training, or technology adoption.
  • A solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), and their practical applications in a business context.
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI platforms; direct experience with the Open Media Assistant (OMA) is a significant plus.
  • Experience in designing or developing process improvements or technology-led solutions.
  • Proven ability to create and deliver engaging training and educational materials.
  • Experience in building and nurturing communities of practice.
