Bingham Healthcare is seeking an organized, driven, and clinically experienced Research Manager to lead and grow our Research Office.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the intersection of clinical care, research, project management, and relationship building. The Research Manager will work closely with Bingham physicians, clinical teams, study sponsors, and funding agencies to identify and develop clinical research opportunities and ensure studies are conducted with the highest standards of quality and compliance.

As Research Manager, you'll provide leadership, direction, implementation, and day-to-day management of Bingham Healthcare's Research Office.
You'll help identify opportunities for externally funded research, establish partnerships with funding agencies and study sponsors, and work with physicians and clinical teams to bring clinical trials and research projects to life.
This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to build relationships, develop programs, manage projects, and make a lasting impact on the future of healthcare at Bingham.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Market and promote clinical research opportunities throughout Bingham Healthcare
- Identify and pursue sponsored clinical trial opportunities
- Develop partnerships with funding agencies and study sponsors
- Work with Bingham physicians to identify research opportunities that align with clinical interests and patient needs
- Help expand the organization's clinical research portfolio
- Provide oversight and leadership for the clinical research program
- Coordinate clinical trials and grant-funded research projects
- Review study protocols and research requirements
- Assist with contract review and establish appropriate study budgets
- Coordinate research activities across physicians, clinical staff, sponsors, and organizational departments
- Conduct informed consent processes
- Coordinate and conduct study participant visits
- Perform clinical research procedures, including phlebotomy, as appropriate
- Communicate effectively with research participants and provide a professional, supportive experience
- Maintain accurate and complete research documentation and source records
- Ensure research activities follow applicable research regulations, IRB requirements, and Good Clinical Practice standards
- Maintain accurate source documentation
- Provide quality control oversight of research staff and study activities
- Prepare for and coordinate site visits with study sponsors, monitors, and inspectors
- Identify issues proactively and help develop solutions to maintain research quality and compliance
You'll serve as an important liaison between:
- Bingham physicians
- Clinical and nursing staff
- Patients and research participants
- Study sponsors
- Funding agencies
- Research monitors
- Organizational leadership
Strong communication and relationship-building skills will be essential to success in this role.
