VDO.AI is an advertising technology company that helps brands reach the right audience through high-impact video ads. We work with brands and agencies globally, and we are now building AI into the core of how our platform works — from how we target audiences to how we personalize ad experiences.

We're looking for a visionary Product Lead who has walked both sides of the wall: someone who has shipped code and now drives product strategy. You will own the product vision end to end — setting direction, building deeply technical roadmaps, and partnering with engineering, commercial, and data teams to make VDO.AI's platform the most powerful in the industry.

Own the product roadmap and decide what we build next — with a strong focus on where AI can make our platform smarter, faster, or more effective for advertisers.

Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) actively in your own work — for research, writing briefs, summarising feedback, generating ideas, or anything that helps you move faster.

Identify where AI can improve our product — better ad targeting, smarter creative recommendations, faster reporting — and work with engineering to build those features.

Build and manage a product team, and encourage a culture where AI tools are used practically and regularly, not just talked about.

Work closely with engineering. Your coding background means you can have real conversations about what is technically possible and make grounded decisions.

Track how the product is performing, set clear goals, and use data to decide what to improve next.

Collaborate closely with clients, sales, and internal teams to understand what they need, and turn that into features that actually get built.

Present product plans and progress to leadership in a clear, simple way.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Ad-Tech, Mar-Tech, SaaS, Media-Tech, Digital Media or high-growth technology environments.

Strong prior hands-on experience in a coding/software development role before transitioning into Product Management.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. MBA is a plus.

Familiar with using AI tools (ChatGPT,Copilot,Gemini or similar) to simplify workflows, improve efficiency, and support everyday tasks.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-backed strategic decisions.

Strong leadership and people management skills with experience mentoring product teams.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate product vision clearly.

You will help build AI into a product that is already live at global scale — not just plan for it someday.

You will own the product function completely, not just one part of it.

You will report directly to senior leadership and have a real say in where the company goes.
