We are looking for a Talent Consultant to join our Tech Relations team.

Talent Consultants are responsible for hiring the best global talent for our Tech pillar. Reporting to Heads of Tech Relations, you will help us grow our engineering teams in a thoughtful way and consistently deliver an exceptional candidate experience while following quality standards and being compliant.

You will be part of a distributed team working on a variety of technical hiring projects across different industries. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for finding and connecting with top tech talent.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and collaborate with Heads, Tech Partners, and Tech Heroes to understand hiring needs and team goals.

  • Be an active member of the hiring team for all digital projects, working on a variety of roles ranging from engineering, product, and more.

  • Manage the full cycle hiring process, from sourcing (with support from Tech Sourcers) to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

  • Comply with all relevant standards, policies, and procedures, both internally and externally, such as GDPR and ISO.

  • Support Tech Sourcers when it comes to best sourcing practices and methods.

  • Represent Zartis to the highest standard to strengthen the Zartis brand and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in tech recruitment or talent acquisition, either in-house or agency side.

  • Solid understanding of the technology landscape, or the ability to quickly acquire it, with demonstrated capability to assess technical profiles across a broad range of engineering disciplines.

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes end-to-end.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency with ATS tools (Lever experience is a plus) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • A high attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance (GDPR, ISO).

  • A proactive, candidate-first mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.

  • Strong professional proficiency in English, along with fluency in at least one additional language.

Nice to Have

  • Experience hiring across multiple geographies and time zones.

  • Familiarity with nearshore or distributed engineering team models.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar technologies. 

  • Experience collaborating with or supporting more junior sourcing team members.

  • Experience working effectively in a fully remote team environment.
