The Customer Service Representative is responsible for completing the day-to-day tracking and tracing of Brokerage loads.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for completing the day-to-day tracking and tracing of Brokerage loads. The primary focus of the Customer Service Representative is to work with Carrier Procurement and Sales to monitor on-time service and communicate any issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Monitor all pickups and deliveries of Brokerage loads, working closely with the operations team
Update times and location of loads in tracking software (TMW)
Communicate all potential service issues to Sales and Procurement
Provide prompt and professional responses to customer requests for additional information through written and verbal communication
Act as the right hand of client’s to our customers and carriers

Ability to build relationships with carriers

Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced and changing environment
PC skills including, but not limited to: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
