Technical Tools

Enter new loads into the TMS quickly and accurately
Confirm all shipment details are complete and correct
Upload and organize all supporting documents (rate cons, BOLs, etc.)
Communicate with internal team members to clarify any missing info

Track active shipments and monitor progress in real time
Check in on trucks for pickup and delivery updates
Respond to internal requests for load status and updates
Identify potential issues (delays, missed pickups, etc.) early
Escalate any service issues immediately to the Lead Broker

Work schedule: 3 pm - 11 pm CST Monday-Friday and 8 a.m.- 1 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. (is entitled to a 1-hour break during the workday)
