Own Clara’s outbound prospecting playbook, refining scripts, cadences, and tools to maximize conversion.

Track and report key metrics (leads, meetings booked, conversions) with high attention to detail.

Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to align outbound efforts with campaigns and target accounts.

Act as a player-coach: actively prospect into accounts, set demos, and model high-quality outreach for the team.

Continuously test and improve messaging, channels (email, LinkedIn, calls), and tools.

Recruit and onboard new SDRs as the team scales.
2–4 years of experience in Sales Development, with at least 1 year in a team lead or manager role.
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline generation targets.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Familiarity with modern sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
Hustle, ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment.
Work directly with founders on a high-visibility growth function.
