Communications Associate (Growth & Community)

Join UsWe re hiring a communications associate to support ongoing campaigns across Discord, Telegram, and X. This role focuses on day-to-day community engagement, event support, and helping execute grassroots programs. You ll collaborate with the marketing and ecosystem teams to keep the community informed, active, and aligned with Zircuit s broader goals. Responsibilities• Work with Discord and Telegram moderators, keep conversation active, and support community health. • Organize weekly or biweekly online activations (raffles, AMAs, leaderboard updates). • Support Twitter Spaces scheduling, prep, and hosting. • Coordinate logistics for rewards, swag, and user recognition for community campaigns. • Track engagement metrics and flag trends or issues to the core team.
