We are hiring a Solutions Executive to deliver exceptional technical and customer support for our asset management software. This role involves resolving customer inquiries, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through email, chat, and phone interactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in providing efficient support in a fast-paced environment. The position requires working during US business hours, with the flexibility to work certain hours remotely.

Responsibilities

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
  3. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams with complete and accurate information.
  4. Identify and report customers at risk of churn to the relevant stakeholders.
  5. Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and support processes.
  6. Develop technical competence for all products of 7vals.
  7. Assist sales team in product demos, and create expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role with direct customer interaction. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  1. Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve software-related technical issues.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

  1. Experience in SaaS or cloud-based software support.
  2. Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
