Dental Front Office Supervisor

You will be a part of 2 Dentist who have a vision and mission to serve the community of San Jose and team up to merge both of their practices and purchase one together. This is a LARGE and STABLE Oriented Practice that is FUN but understands how to accomplish the days Task. This applicant must be well organized; as you will be the support to ensure the operations of the Front Desk. The Ideal candidate will understand how to trouble shoot patient calls and concerns. The ideal front office supervisor will be willing to help out in the back as needed and understand dental insurance plans, present treatment plans, patient scheduling, etc. All Dental Assistant Duties are required: Front Office, Four Handed Dentistry, Basic Dentistry Skills and Terminology, Radiographs, Impressions and complete set-ups.
