Project Support: Contributes to planning and execution of product support activities; provides input to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Compliance & Safety: Participates in routine laboratory maintenance activities and ensures adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Documentation: Accurately documents activities in accordance with established procedures and quality requirements.
Quality System: Supports implementation and maintenance of the quality system to ensure continued compliance and effectiveness for on-market product support.
Continuous Improvement: Recommends follow-up activities, testing, or process improvements to enhance product performance and reliability in the field.
Data Communication: Prepares and presents findings, trends, and recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Some related work experience.
  • Masters Degree preferred
