Over 50 million Americans are family caregivers for loved ones without pay, tools, or support. Our mission is clear and ambitious: to train and employ family caregivers so they can get paid for the care they already provide at home.

Abby Care is building a tech-powered, family-first care platform to efficiently deliver care, improve health outcomes, and provide the best-in-class experience nationwide.

We are rapidly expanding our mission and looking for passionate team members to join. Abby Care has partnered with leading insurance plans, healthcare providers, and community organizations. We’re supported by top, mission-driven VCs to empower families throughout the country.

Responsibilities

Portray a variety of patient scenarios (e.g., elderly patients, adult/teen cases) based on guided scripts
→
Interact with students in realistic caregiving situations to support their training
→
Allow students to practice hands-on care techniques (e.g., hygiene support, basic patient care tasks)
→
Observe student performance and objectively document what you see
→
Provide input/feedback to the RN Clinical Instructor when needed
→
Maintain professionalism and consistency across scenarios

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable and punctual with a high level of professionalism
Comfortable taking direction and following structured scenarios
Willingness to participate in hands-on training simulations

Interest in healthcare, caregiving, or behavioral health
Background in acting, education, or healthcare (not required)

What We Offer

✓Location: Indianapolis, IN (onsite)

✓Schedule: 2–3 days per week, typically 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM (depending on availability/preference)

✓Compensation: $17 per hour
