We are looking for a high-impact, mission-driven Regional People Operations Generalist to serve as the People Ops anchor for our Western US markets. This is a Full-time Hybrid position based in Denver, CO with the expectation to be in-office 4 days per week. While this role supports our broader expansion, your initial focus will be as the primary partner for our Colorado market.

At Abby Care, our People team ensures that while we scale, we never lose the "family-first" touch that defines us. You will be the operational heartbeat of the West region, owning the critical touch points of the employee lifecycle, from the moment a caregiver or HQ worker joins us to their eventual transition.

This is a role for a builder and a problem-solver. You will handle high-volume regional execution (onboarding and compliance) while serving as a support resource for payroll, benefits, and employee relations. You’ll partner closely with local market teams to ensure our people operations are as high-quality and empathetic as the care our caregivers provide.

You will operate in a matrixed capacity: while you are deeply embedded in the West market, you will partner closely with and take functional direction from our HQ People Operations leaders (including our Benefits and Payroll leads) to ensure our regional operations align with company-wide standards and compliance.
