• $40,000 - $50,000 /year + annual bonus
• Weekdays only (M-F, 8am-5pm) - no weekends!

You'll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse, making sure our center runs like clockwork so our clinical teams can shine.

• →Maintain center space including but not limited to sanitizing toys, tidying areas, etc.
• →Check in with center staff to ensure tiers appropriately clean workspaces
• →Ensure center safety by promptly addressing any broken items and escalating any concerns to the Assistant Director
• →Maintain daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and organizing task checklists
• →Support inventory needs through restocking inventory and attending to incoming recurring inventory orders
• →In collaboration with the Center Assistants, oversee and support setting up activities for the day:
  • →Material creation for daily group activities
  • →Assisting Behavior Technicians in location of materials for programs
  • →Set out activities and materials at group activities tables or stations
• →In collaboration with the Center Support Specialists, facilitate coverage of cancelled direct care appointments both future and same day, using Center Assistants and available center Behavior Technicians:
  • →Notify Behavior Analysts of coverage changes
  • →Change provider on the original appointment
  • →If needed, add appointment to Behavior Technicians’ schedules
  • →Connect Behavior Technicians to the appropriate patient

• Minimum High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Know (or will learn) about ABA therapy
• HIPAA knowledge, and remote team experience
• Excellent communication skills and customer service
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Problem solving ability
• Excellent attendance
• Ability to adapt to changing policies and procedures, quickly and effectively
