We're looking for a Customer Marketing Manager who can run the full customer marketing motion: from campaigns that drive expansion and activation, to the reference programs and reviews that give buyers confidence, to the events that bring our customer community together.
Responsibilities
~3 min read- →3+ years in a customer marketing, customer success marketing, or similar role
- →Experience running review generation programs on Gartner Peer Insights and/or G2
- →Proven ability to build and manage customer reference programs and case study pipelines
- →Strong project and program management skills: you can track a lot of moving pieces without dropping any
- →Experience planning and executing customer events, including executive-level formats
- →Comfortable working cross-functionally with CS, sales, and product marketing
- →Strong writer who can develop compelling customer narratives from raw interview material
- →Background in B2B tech or cybersecurity
- →Experience building or owning a customer content or reference tracking system
- →Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Asana, or similar for program tracking
