We are looking for an experienced Oracle APEX / PL/SQL Developer who wants to work on the development and evolution of strategic HR SaaS products. These systems are used by large enterprises and public institutions, featuring complex business rules, a high number of users, and demanding data models.
We are not looking for someone to simply “maintain” the system. We are looking for a professional who wants to actively participate in solution design, architecture optimization, and setting technical development standards.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop new features and evolve existing APEX applications for HR modules
- →Design and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions that implement complex business logic
- →Work with large datasets and optimize SQL/PLSQL performance
- →Participate in integrations with external systems (payroll, time tracking, ERP systems, external services)
- →Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design
- →Perform code reviews, testing, CI/CD processes, and maintain technical documentation
- →Collaborate with product owners and HR domain experts to define and refine solutions
Requirements
~1 min read- 4+ years of experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development
- 2+ years of experience working with Oracle APEX (20.x+)
- Strong understanding of relational data models and normalization
- Experience working on complex business systems (HR, ERP, finance, or similar domains)
- Ability to work independently and make technical decisions
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Knowledge of HR business processes (employee records, organizational structures, payroll calculations)
- Experience with APEX plugin development, advanced JavaScript customizations, and Universal Theme
- Experience customizing UI with CSS (APEX template customizations, responsive adjustments, working with Universal Theme styles)
- Experience with CI/CD practices for databases and APEX applications
- Oracle certifications (OCP, APEX)
- Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment
