We are looking for a Business Consultant to join our AI practice supporting Financial Services clients. This role is focused on helping banks, insurers and other regulated institutions turn AI opportunities into practical, value-driven initiatives. You will work closely with client stakeholders to identify priority use cases, define business requirements, shape transformation roadmaps and support the delivery of AI solutions that are feasible, controlled and aligned with business objectives. As part of delivery, you will also work closely with development and testing teams to help ensure business requirements are translated effectively into implemented changes.

• →Identify and prioritize AI and Generative AI use cases across customer, operations, risk, compliance and support functions in Financial Services
• →Lead or support discovery sessions, interviews and workshops with business stakeholders to understand pain points, process inefficiencies and transformation opportunities
• →Define business requirements, success metrics, value levers and high-level target processes for AI-enabled initiatives
• →Build business cases and implementation roadmaps that balance value, feasibility, risk and regulatory considerations
• →Work with technology, architecture, data, legal, risk and compliance teams to shape solutions suitable for regulated environments
• →Collaborate with development and testing teams during delivery to clarify requirements, support solution alignment and help validate that delivered changes meet business intent
• →Support proposal development, client presentations and internal thought leadership related to AI in Financial Services

Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across departments, developing your consulting and delivery skills through varied engagements.

• Experience assessing business needs, documenting high-level requirements, and shaping business solutions.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled solution concepts and operating models.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and how they can be applied to business challenges.
• Experience building business cases and defining value levers, success measures, and delivery approach.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence decision-making and align multiple teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear and structured communication.
• Ability to lead day-to-day work within a team, support colleagues, and take ownership of workstream decisions.

• Experience delivering GenAI / Agentic AI initiatives in financial services or other regulated environments.
• Experience supporting end-to-end transformation (from discovery and design through implementation and adoption).
• Experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders to shape priorities, scope, and target operating model.
