JOB OVERVIEW Profession: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Location: Simpsonville, SC Specialty: CRNA - General Job Type: Locum Tenens Start Date: Jul 13, 2026 End Date: Jan 11, 2027 Duration: 26 weeks Coverage Type: Clinical Only + Call Coverage Period: Jul 13, 2026 – Jan 11, 2027 Clinical Shift Schedule: Standard Day Shifts; 4x10s (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) or 5x8s (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) Call Rotation: Approximately once per week Call Schedule: Weekday Call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Weekend Call: 24-hour coverage | Call Back Response Time: 30–45 minutes PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE Patient Demographics: Adults Average Daily Volume / Census: Approx. 200 cases Consults & Follow-Ups: As needed Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Bread and butter cases including General, OB/GYN, ENT, Orthopedic FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic Office Equipment Available: Standard anesthesia equipment Support Staff: 1 Anesthesia Tech Leadership & Reporting Structure: Collaborative anesthesia team model Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: NBCRNA Certification Required State License Required: Active SC License Certifications: BLS, ACLS DEA: Active DEA and CSR required Experience: Minimum 2 years of practice post-training Other Qualifications: Must have a clean background DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia Collaborate with surgical and clinical teams Respond to call and callback requirements within defined response time Maintain accurate and timely documentation
