JOB OVERVIEW Profession: Physician Specialty: Family Medicine Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Columbus, MT 59019 Service Setting: Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: Jul 01, 2026 – Ongoing Shift Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 8am – 5pm Reason for Coverage: Vacancy - Long-Term Permanent Search Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered by Agency PATIENT INFORMATION Average Daily Volume: 20 patients/day FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Cerner Support Staff: RNs: 1, MAs: 1, Office Staff: 1 PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: No REQUIRED PROCEDURES Required: Toddler (1-2 years) Child (3-13 years) Adolescent (13-18 years) General outpatient Preferred: Well woman care Prenatal care Ultrasounds Newborn (birth-30 days) Infant (30 days - 1 year) Newborn care Newborn resuscitation General inpatient JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: BC required, Eligible Licenses: Licensed in MT or Universal License (IMLC) Certifications: BLS, PALS Fellowship: Preferred Duties & Responsibilities Provide outpatient clinical care for patients of all ages. Manage patient volume of approximately 20 patients per shift. Collaborate with support staff including RNs, MAs, and office personnel. Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management. Maintain flexible schedule of 3 shifts per week.
