Your Role
We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Research Sales Specialist, supporting customers across the Nordics and the Netherlands.
In this role, you’ll drive growth in the life sciences research market by engaging with researchers in academia and industry. You’ll provide consultative sales support, helping customers find the right solutions from ADInstruments’ research product range and exclusive partners.
This role is ideal for someone with a life sciences background who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and combining scientific knowledge with sales. It could suit an early-career professional or someone with experience in research or technical sales.
What’s in it for you
Working at ADInstruments means collaborating with passionate, forward-thinking colleagues and customers who share a commitment to advancing scientific understanding.
You’ll combine technical expertise with sales experience, build long-term relationships, and play a key role in expanding ADInstruments’ impact across the region.
Skills and Experience
We’re excited about you because you’ll bring:
- A PhD qualification in life sciences (preferably in Physiology, Pharmacology, or Neuroscience).
- The ability to develop an expert understanding of the ADInstruments Research product range and practical application areas
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- A consultative, customer-focused approach and a drive to achieve sales goals
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems is desirable
- Laboratory research experience in a relevant Life Science discipline is desirable
- Experience in technical hardware and software sales into academia and industry is highly desirable.
Even if you don’t meet all the criteria, we’d love to hear from you. What matters most is your passion, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
