Senior Community Product Manager

We're looking for a Senior Community Product Manager to join Adobe and help us understand how emerging audiences use new technologies, including AI, in their creative process. In this role, you will connect with an early access community, elevate insights, and advocate within Adobe on behalf of the community. Your work will result in products the community champions. You will champion cross-functional initiatives with influence at the Director level.
Responsibilities

- →Driving community insights agenda, connecting with community, and harvesting insights
- →Influencing teams cross-functionally to support key decisions with community input
- →Connecting with and understanding AI-first creativity through foundational relationships, advisory groups, and regular forums
- →Driving community-led features to completion and ensuring community input informs product deliverables
- →Building relationships and influence across marketing and PM teams, driving action, and representing community as part of their extended teams through weekly interactions
- 8-12 years of customer insight, product management, or design leadership experience, ideally serving creative customers. Consulting or strategy background also helpful.
- Familiarity with creative audience, including AI forward creativity, with a bonus if you are an AI content creator yourself
- Experience with “0 to 1” early-stage product development or intrapreneurship within a larger company
- Outstanding organization, people, and execution skills with a start-up mentality for getting things done inside a larger organization
- Strong EQ and ability to build relationships with key partners across the organization
- A strong leader and doer who doesn’t mind rolling up sleeves to get things done in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Be an integral part of the team’s success building an understanding of the community and championing their needs across Adobe. Influence product teams and drive roadmaps across multiple teams, ensuring community roadmap items get delivered and shared back with the community!

In California, the pay range for this position is $148,500 - $215,100
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
